Helene Walker is the founder & Pastor of Realistic Ministries Inc...  She is a published author, a writer and UAW Chaplain, with a bachelor's degree in religious studies from Heritage College and Seminary in Ontario Canada.  She is married to Karlos and together they have four adult children. They are also proud grandparents and great-grand parents.   Her spiritual mission is to always be a person of integrity; to be obedient unto God, to love people and to make disciples as we were commissioned to do in Matthew 28:19-20.

BRIEF HISTORY

Realistic Ministries Incorporated began as a bible study group at the home of Rev Helene Walker on July 24, 2010 at 4 p.m. She was inspired by two of her co-workers who wanted a better understanding of God’s Word.  On August 10, 2015 Articles of Incorporation were filed with the State of Michigan and a ministry was formed. The first Worship Service was held on January 7, 2017 at the Telegram Newspaper Building 10748 W. Jefferson, River Rouge, MI 48218. From March 4, 2018 - July 14, 2019 we worshipped at 2836 11th Street, Wyandotte MI 48192. On July 21, 2019 (in the same building); we moved to 1102 Oak St., Wyandotte, MI 48192. We moved out of the building and as of July 18, 2020 we are now having Sunday Zoom Worship (Link-In Info. - Personal ID/Password: 586 877 0956 (Call-In Info. #1 646 876 9923 Personal ID 5868770956).
